Biography
Dr. Wilder is a retired United States Marine Corps Master Sergeant. He did a combat tour during Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm Gulf War. He also served during Operation Iraqi Freedom. During his enlistment, he served two tours as a Marine Drill Instructor, a tour as a Scout/Sniper, and Counterintelligence Operative.
He holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from South University with a published dissertation, “A Legacy of Leadership: Mentoring Today’s Adult Males.” Currently, Dr. Wilder is an associate pastor at Abundant Life Church (Margate, FL). Dr. Wilder is a self-published author of the well-received book, “One Degree, Unleashing Your Focus” which is available on his website, along with an eBook and audiobook on (Apple iTunes, Audible, Spotify, Google Play, and other audiobook platforms).
Dr. Wilder has received multiple awards for his role in leadership, motivational speaking, executive management, and couples and relationship coaching. Additionally, he is an International Certified Professional Life Purpose Coach. Dr. Wilder has been a mentor for the Men2Boys Mentoring Group for more than twelve years.
Dr. Wilder is a Class of 2010 Hall of Fame inductee to the American Football Association and owns the Palm Beach Makos Adult Men’s Minor League Football Team. He and his wife, Felecia, an ordained minister, and professional life coach, live in Margate, FL, and have three adult children, and one daughter-in-love.
Additionally, Dr. Wilder enjoys researching historical figures and events. He also likes to attend live sporting events, i.e., auto racing, football, basketball, tennis, hockey, etc. Additionally, he enjoys being with his family and spending family time as much as possible.
