Mid-Day Mindfulness Practice
This is a session first, to connect with the present moment to promote a calm space in our day and feel how our brain will be able to reset in a more conscious way. Second, We take a trip to our body, like a "body scan", to train our attention step by step, and recognize all our amazing bodies and be grateful for it. This is one of the most relaxing practices of mindfulness.
Virginia Lujan
Virginia Lujan is Psychologist, certified as a Mindfulness Facilitator Professional level and as an Executive Coach. She currently manages Mindy International Inc., where she supports her clients promoting mental health and achieving best results in their professional and personal lives. She has more than 20 years of experience in multicultural companies in executive positions of Human Resources and Talent Management. Today, She is working in a private practice doing a mix between the art of living in the present moment and a deeper understanding of the potential and unlimited possibilities that each one has.
