Join the Outreach Movement!

Are you passionate about using coaching and other superpowers to create positive impact in our communities? The ICF South Florida Outreach Committee is always open to members who want to get involved, make a difference, and help shape exciting upcoming initiatives! And of course in the process, you can connect with other amazing colleagues, test and develop your skills, and potentially build the foundation for our profession! 

We’re currently looking for volunteers to support a few projects, including:

 A pilot program with HR professionals launching in September
 The Coaching in Education and Leadership + Coaching series, looking for members who would like to join these groups and start implementing some of the ideas we have.
 A brand-new Networking Bootcamp, designed to equip Outreach volunteers with practical tools and confidence to build partnerships and spread the power of coaching. This is a great opportunity for those who are Subject Matter Experts to share their networking and commercials skills and help our volunteers succeed in our outreach efforts, expanding our community of partners, prospects, and ‘clients’! 

These are just a few of the impactful ideas we’re brewing — and we know there will be more to come! And to make them happen, we need YOU.
